David Rodriguez joined RSA with 17 years of experience focused on construction documentation and construction administration. Prior to joining RSA, he was a Senior Associate at Gehry Partners, LLP for ten years where he was in charge of the construction administration for the MIT Stata Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada. Earlier in his tenure with Gehry Partners, Mr. Rodriguez was a project architect responsible for construction documents on numerous large scale public and private projects in Los Angeles, New York, and Europe. At RSA, Mr. Rodriguez is a senior technical and construction phase team leader. He is highly proficient in 3D modeling techniques and has extensive experience directing construction projects from 3D databases. He has a long history of working on complex projects with several primary subcontractors who have collaborated on past RSA projects.
